TWO DAYS TRAVELING IN COLOMBIA

Donald Smith have been in Colombia in 2014, he was traveling around the world and his first destiny was this beautiful country located in the north west of South America. He told us that he had arrived in the morning on February 8th to the national airport "El dorado" in Bogotá, he said that he had ridden in the public transport "Transmilenio" to go to meet with other touristsand the guide. He asked the guide for the landmarks and there, he said that they had been going  to "Monserrate", a church in the top of a mountain. Also he said that they had gone to the downtown "La candelaria" and had walked  to national parks, museums like the museum of gold, money nd historic buildings.

The day before, he reminded that he had friend in other cities so he paid for a travel arrangement to the "Eje cafetero", with the other foreign people. He was wondered and told us that they had made a tour in the national park of coffe, he had drunk a delicious cup of coffee and had learnt about the process to make it.

He said that they had been visiting Panaca (Place similar to a farm) and had given food to animals like sheeps, cows & pigs but it started to rain, so he told us that  they had gone to the propertys of the region (that are very traditional and beautiful) and finally to the "Valle cocora" where they recognized the national symbols as the orchid, palm of wax, Condor.

That evening I took a flight to the caribbean coast, to the Barranquilla carnival, a traditional festival every year with a lot of culturo, music, color and dances ,"It was awesome", he said. He told us that the cities and the beaches were so beautiful, but it was so warm and the temperature might reach 40°c.

He recommend the country because he said that he would return soon, he was tired in that two days traveling around Colombia but he told us that it was worth it!
